Poisoning livelihood, TONGOD district

Do you know of any law in sabah that allows the injection of herbicide into the trunk of trees of economic value without due process of the law?
This was exactly what happened to natives owned oil palm plantation on september 2008, when a group of forestry personnel armed with a letter, a first reminder, 'notice of intrusion into forest reserved land', approximately thousands of fruitful palm trees was injected with poison on that same day! For human sake, these natives had been cultivating this land for more than 20 years, why now?
This is how Village folks of kg. BOBOTONG in the TONGOD district, was deprived of their human dignity and native rights.
